Overview

A Chartered Bio-medical Engineering Professional and Post Graduate in Hospital & Healthcare Management with exposure of working with different environment viz. Corporate Hospitals, Medical Colleges, Private sector, semi-Government. Sector, Govt. sector and PSU. The past 22 years has given him the rich experience, especially the recent ones wherein he was fortunate to have the opportunity to take-up the designing of various primary to tertiary levels of healthcare delivery facilities, procurement of healthcare goods & consultancy services and maintenance of all kinds of medical equipments at various projects like more than 1000 Cr at HLL; 500 Cr, World Bank assisted Health System Development Project as a subject & not merely as a routine job.

Every day of past years, he was opened-up to grasp the principals of planning, designing, implementing & procurement of goods and consultancy and maintenance & training of small to high end medical equipments and application of the same at various stages. Apart from these, the interaction with other official at high level have given him a valuable chance to understand all levels of health delivery system as a whole, not only confined to biomedical engineering. He is well known for applying creative, innovative and logical methods through shear hard & smart work to clear the stumbling blocks in order to attain the final objectives. He is god-gifted with administrative skills and business acumen, which are appreciated most of the time.

Drafted Vision document for the State of Uttar Pradesh Health System Development Project with a horizon of 5 years.

Drafted Equipment Maintenance Policy for whole of State of Uttar Pradesh and got approval of World Bank, Principal Secretary, Medical & Health, Government Of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP), and Chief Secretary GoUP.

Developed SOP for Biomedical Engineering Department at Corporate level.
